I like Hot Peppers but they kill my tummy!

Yes! I said Tummy!

But dang! I get cramps! I guess the capsaicin "Burns" the whole way!

Maybe some live yogurt before and after might help.

That is not a bad idea! I will try! I do make a ghost pepper dip with sour cream yogurt would work too?

I don't use sour cream yogurt so I don't know about that but I have a sensitive tummy too & I've sworn by live yogurt for over twenty years now. biggrin

you really ought to get a small spice/coffee grinder and buy the dried peppers and grind them yourself (do it outside or in a gragage: not in the living area as it can cause issues. But it is way better than the pre-ground stuff in the jars...and you can mix in other peppers.

you really ought to get a small spice/coffee grinder and buy the dried peppers and grind them yourself (do it outside or in a gragage: not in the living area as it can cause issues. But it is way better than the pre-ground stuff in the jars...and you can mix in other peppers.


Yes your right I do need to do that! At the mo I'm using organic pre ground stuff.
