I weighed myself on an old scale that I found and it showed me 5lbs over what I think I am at.

I'm in too. I gained a lot this winter.


I'I weigh 67.3 kilo (1.68 meter).

I want to weigh 55 kilo.

So 12 kilo has to go.

I started running with my neighbour Fadua this week.

I want to loose 1.5 kilo a week.

So, shall we all report to eachother weekly?

For example, every friday we will start a new thread where everybody reports there weight from now on. It's good to see it over the weeks.

So, for example, next friday, we'll name it

Slim week 10


and we will tell our weight of today and post our weigh of next week.

And then post about how it went during the week. When did you do well en when did you break your discipline and ate dirty stuff?

I think it can work if we supporte eachother in the right balance of being understanding and strict.

The big risk is that when i did eat dirty, I feel guilty and give up. So, this might actually work, because wer'r in in together.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

Whoa congratulations!!! How long / fast do you walk?



I walk an average of 45 minutes most mornings at a steady / brisk pace - I am now 64 kilos and i am pleased with my progress

If I stay focused I think 58 or less in kilos will be achievable

Welcome to the club!! I go to another online forum that is strictly about fitness and weightloss, so here, I mostly post on Thurs & Sundays (the days I weigh myself ) and then some lol. I know I feel bad the day after I break my diet too but you gotta let yourself cheat! I have 2 cheat meals a week, I usually choose to use them near the weekend so that I can make up for it the next day.

Example, I wasn't supposed to eat after 7 but I let myself have chips and dark chocolate as late as 10:30 pm last night...Thankfully today is Saturday though! and I went straight to Gym before breakfast got some cardio done and today I'll focus on eating cleaner hehe.

I mean to each their own. If someone's diciplined enough not to have any cheat days for a month, good for them and they should stick to their own schedule. For me personally I've tried dieting before and I was successful at times so I know what works best for me. I have to have cheat days and these cheat meals actually help me go stronger on my diet because I usually work out more the next day =)

Some people say it's not good to loose too much too quick because it's not permanent - but I don't agree with that

I lost 3 kilos in week 1 and just over 1 kilo in my second week - I look and feel heaps better and will keep at it

When I am at my desired weight i shall still go for a walk and not eat as much junk or sugar - that way I can maintain my weight n shape

No point in going on a diet and go back to bad habits

I am 63.8 kilos now cool

I started the week 11 thread.

Do you think that is a good idea, to have a weekly thread, or do you rather stick with this thread?

I like a weekly thread, because then I can check my weekly progress, and don't have to scroll back pages and pages to see how I did a few weeks ago.

What kind of set up do you think will work?
