sensitive topic: man boobs...anybody experience

I used to have a great muscled chest, some years ago i had to start taking anti depressive medication.

Since than i've developped something hard behind my left nipple. It actually changes size during the day, in the morning it's hardly there, but its'bigger in the evening.

It's frustrating as hell, i work out hard, but it just doesn't seem to go away. Anybody know this problem? I've been to the doctor, and there's nothing dangerous about it....but i'm getting obsessed by it, i just want it to go away. Ii'm not fat, and it's not huge, but it just bothers me.

Anybody any ideas???

Try some natural androgenic testosterone enhancing products like pine pollen, tongkat ali, maca, mucuna (for natural L-Dopa to help with your depression)...buy some DIM, (diindolymethane) to help prevent the negative effects of estrogen in the male body, which appears to be what is going on with you... (although men do need that hormone in small amounts)...

.

Try that for 4 weeks...

Should be some improvement...if not enough, add some bio-identical progesterone cream (yes, men can benefit from progesterone too, transdermally)...rubbed into your pecs, there should be a reduction in your possible gynecomastia or any hard lumps within two weeks...

.

You say 'sensitive topic'...I say men's health challenges should be discussed openly and considered with empathy...just as we do with women and children.

anti depressants will kill u

get off of them .. stay away from doctors .. they are trying to kill u or at least keep you sick and on pills

stop booze and sugar .. get outside

go vegan

u will be happier

yes you´re right, i hate that i´m on them. i´m happy now like any other person, but when i quit i get some kind of attacks after 2 weeks. I´ve tried it twice now and it´s scary what happens than.

i´m vegan, hardly drink and workout a lot, taking very healthy food...but yea, you´re post makes me realise i don´t want to take them.

Go on a soy free diet immediately! Stop eating prepackaged foods that contains soy (soybeans, soymilk, soy protein, etc.).

Such insightful people on here...should've mentioned to avoid soy from the get go...not to demonise soy, but in this current environment, not optimal for men...

.

Vegan is very good, soak those nuts...

.

Seeds just happen to be estrogenic but if you sprout them...sprout some organic seeds on your windowshelf, sprinkle them on a small layer of peat moss...sunflower, broccoli, chia, buckwheat seeds sprout well...

It's been said that lithium in the orotate form...not be confused with carbonate...helps with depression...but just the word lithium scares people off.

.

Man boobs...have to get your testosterone up while minimising estrogen and aromatisation...give it time though. Ease off masturbation to ejaculation if you can...only temporarily...

.

Fasting will help also, but this is beyond most people...as will changing that sleeveless shirt in your profile pic...but that's optional.
