I think don't rape should be taught with how to avoid rape. hmmm Makes sense to me.I think just teaching how to avoid rape seems out of place.

Hey, every black male in America is taught how to deal with cops even in the most mundane situations to avoid getting arrested, beaten, or killed. Why are we the ones who have to be reasonable and respectful? While cops who are suppose to be professionals are allowed to act any way they want and can be protected by the law.

I had a cop put a gun in my face because I was walking with my hands in pockets. And I had to be the calm and professional one to save my life. Sadly, we have to do as much as we can to avoid danger and hope for the best. Sometimes danger comes at you like a freight train and there isn't much you can do about it. You fight or die or die fighting. We can change culture but that is going to take consistent effort over decades if not a lifetime.

Agreed and people of all colors have to deal with that treatment. Although, some colors get it more than others.

I am always amazed how many people try to challenge a cops control over a situation. I'm thinking just STFU and it will be over soon, but can they? Nope and off to the pokey they go.

Reminded me of a story here in the UK recently, where some bright young sparks at Tequila and a Leeds nightclub came up with 'freshers violation' night for new university students, with a promo video in which people joked about girls getting "violated" or "raped."

I think they pulled the ads after bad publicity and students protests, but it still boggles the mind that they ever thought this was a good idea.

New Zealand Teen Rape Club

For the last two years or so, a group of West Auckland teen boys calling themselves the "Roast Busters" have gotten their jollies picking up sometimes-underage girls, feeding them alcohol, and then, once they're too intoxicated to fend off their advances, gang raping them.

Once the act has been completed, the boys posted videos of their exploits to social media in an attempt to name and shame the girls. The boys are privileged sons of law enforcement and an actor who costarred in The Matrix. The girls are too humiliated by their exposure to come forward. And police say they can't do a damn thing about it. In fact, police knew about the group's active and disgusting Facebook page but say they weren't able to have the thing taken down. mad

When asked to name a saying he uses often, Hales responded, ''Go ahead, Call the cops, They can't un-rape you.'' eek mad

You can read the rest at the link and the comments section is very revealing also. confused

Such as this one... mad

I was watching the first report of this on 3 news. They were sure to mention that she wasn't a virgin at the time of her rape. Because as we all know, if she wasn't a virgin she was asking for it, right?

And lord forbid anyone harm those poor boys!!! mad

"However, violence will not be tolerated and we will take firm action against anyone inciting, threatening or using violence against these people." -Superintendent Bill Searle

Bill Searle should've been clearer: "We won't tolerate violence against rapist men, please keep raping the girls though. That's fine." Yesterday 3:34pm
