What should the NEXT NEW SPORT in America be?

So...now that Soccer (a/k/a "football" or "futbol")...has FINALLY reached a certain level of mainstream acceptance in the USA, I think that we should start looking forward to whatever the next big sport to go mainstream in America should be.

The "Big 3" (Baseball, Basketball, Football) pretty much have the lions' share of our attention, followed by; Hockey, Tennis, Golf, Boxing, Surfing & MMA. I'm not sure whether or not NASCAR and Pro-Wrestling count. shrug

MMA obviously has emerged as the newest (and probably most controversial) sport in America.

So...what do you say?

What should the next new thing in American Sports be?

question

IMO - I think it's time to give LACROSSE a push.

It's not only established already in most schools...but it's also a legitimate AMERICAN sport (having roots in Native American culture!!!).

Actually the moving clothing and added demureness(is that a word?) add an appreciable dimension...

Competetive in the sense that we could rate who could run away from me & my baseball bat the fastest.
