Do u have problems

Getting out of your bed each morning???

Lately I just can't seem to drag myself out
I am often late as a result - it's starting to depress me
I wake up real early but just lay there like a zombie

Does anyone else have this problem?????

sad

talk to your doctor

personally, each morning I feel like I could eat rocks for breakfast

I also feel grateful because I manage to cheat death once again, you know some people DIE in their sleep...

I just moved to this area - I need to find a new doc

I think to die in your sleep would b an ok way to go - well that is if u r very very old

I don't sleep well - I just lay there and it feels like your rocky breakfast is on my chest weighing me down. sigh

How did u cheat death???? What happened????

You're battling depression, aren't you?

How about scheduling an early-morning workout or a run or something?

Or something "else"?

wink

You just moved, so don't beat yourself up.

That's always unsettling and overwhelming. It takes a while to feel grounded.

Do you also have a new job?

Well, let's start with a big hug first hug

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

I have the exact same problem, every single day and it makes me incredibly mad, since the later I get to work, the later I must stay sad

Every morning my clock goes off at 5:45, but I don't get to work until almost 10 most days

with a 1 year old and a 3 year old here... no... getting out of bed isn't an issue

i'm with jedi... try some excercise... it might suck the first few times, but if you work through that, you'll find it rewarding... even just going for a walk can be great
