Do you know anything about cellphone interference?

Here's the deal:

I have an iPhone 5. I live in a condo.

Up until a few weeks ago, everything was hunky-dory.

Now, I'm getting "Called failed" repeatedly. wall

According to my testing, the problem is local to this specific part of the building (it spans about a 2000 square-foot area, over about 5 floors).

I'm assuming one of my neighbors has installed something that's fucking with my signal.

I should note that the phone is showing strong reception (up to 5 "bars") and the problem is only affecting voice (not texts, Internet, etc.)

Anyone? sigh

I can't make a call on my cell phone for beans from inside our home. Neither can our neighbors in their home. If we need to make a cell phone call, we have to go outside to do it. And, I live in a big city. . . . . not out in the boondocks. lol I RARELY ever use my cell phone so it doesn't bother me. Although, I'm sure it can be frustrating for those who do use theirs frequently.

Same problem/situation here but I ONLY use my cell phone, so it's frustrating as all get-out!

First I'm gonna borrow my mom's iPhone and see if it experiences the same problem.

As of last night, problem's still happening. I'm assuming the phone'll have to be replaced.

Telus jargon. canada It is an update you have to do so your phone can find the tower sites.

The model of phone is known for dropping calls, or is yours just a lemon?

I've had the phone for almost a year and everything was fine until a few weeks ago. I have dropped it on the ground, once or twice. Maybe it suffered some damage.

Weirdly enough, the problem seems to have righted itself. The only thing I can recall changing was deleting about 70 voice memos from an app called SpeakEasy. confused
