So is Gendry off the hook now?? I was screaming at the tv when the red bitch tied him up! Sansa was very pretty, this might be the only episode that she didn't get on my nerves. Tyrion was great, much respect to him. Dude that joined Dany is cute as hell!! Khaleesi was looking good too lurking Last scene scared the shit outta me!! Good episode, not great..but it had its moments

Okay first off Fatboy, you just killed a zombie with youre little dragon glass....go back and pick it up. DUH.

The wedding was the only spoiler that I had know about, from here on Im gonna stay in the dark. Though some on here are saying thats there is some huge shit going down and my theory is that Joffery is gonna do away with an annoying hand, grandad or not. This makes 2 scenes where Ty, i dont no if its rin or ran, has tried to control the King and according to Cerci its not possible. So thats my bet.

The instant the long haired dude showed up I knew he was gonna go with the mother of dragons so the payoff wasnt that exciting.

N now with the red bitch. Of the three leeches only Joffery's squirted blood and died so I take it that a lil smoke monster is on the way for him, but does it have the power to kill? So now I ponder, does Joffery have any real reason to be in the game? Love to hate him, but is that a reason to keep him around?

IMHO, Joffrey is just as vulnerable as any other character. If Joffrey were to die/get killed off, I'd like to see his parentage fully thrown in his face publicly first. Not because it's his fault, but because he's been so incredibly awful.

^Well my theory is that Joffery is gonna have his granddad offed cause Jof knows hes being overlooked, but i see this happening after the Joffery/Marge wedding taking place. Honestly if you look at it, with gramps still around fewer pieces get moved. Kill of gramps and suddenly the whole board opens up.

This episode was hmm, I don't even know.

The wedding bells from hell was funny to me. Every single person was miserable in some kind of way. I loved that Tyrion promised Sansa that he would never hurt her. I also loved it how Tyrion got angry and threatened Joffrey's weak ass. I was so loving that scene to pieces.

So the Hound is going to take Arya to her mother and brother in exchange for ransom money. I guess we'll see how that will work out.

I can't wait until someone kills Joffrey off. Other than being an evil asshole, he holds no substance for me other than having a cobweb for brains and torturing and humilating people for his own entertainment.

Lazycrokett: I think you are right when it comes to Joffrey considering killing off Grandpa Tywin. That's the only way that Joffrey would be able to rule as a "mad king" the way he wants without Tywin's power, however, Joffrey wouldn't last that long as king WITHOUT Tywin's power as well. Honestly, I felt like Cersei would be more inclined to off her daddy because I just don't see her complying with marrying Loras at all. But Jaime is on his way back home, so we shall see how things get shaken up....

This may sound sideways, but I actually believe that Sansa and Tyrion will actually bond together. I'm not sure that they would fall in love, but they will definitely bond being the fact that the two are being forced to do things against their will and then being publicly humilated. Wouldn't it be insane if Tyrion would end up killing Joffrey trying to protect Sansa? Oh I would love watching that. popcorn

Cersei can draw her boundaries with Margery all she wants, but in the end Margery is far better at getting what she wants than Cersei is...so Cersei's the one who needs to be watching out instead of making petty threats.

So Dany has found her 2nd husband. Great. Guess more sex scenes to come.

Speaking of sex scenes, it was really cruel of the red haired witch giving Gendry a little punany and then not even finishing. Sure her tying him up and using leeches to get his blood was torture, but him not being able to get off was just plain shitty.

Charles Dance kept reminding me of Brother Numsi in this episode for some reason. I think it was the expressions on his face. evillol I know he gave Tyrion this look about 12 times in the episode:

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I can see Joffrey or Cersi TRYING to kill off Tywin, but I see that going one of two ways. He'll either be so arrogant that he didn't see it coming and he's killed, or he hasn't survived this long being stupid and will totally see it coming, then whoever plotted will be punished severely.

I've been wondering how those Walkers got on the other side of the wall, isn't that what it's there for. There must be a breech that's been there for a long time.
.
Poor Margery she's now getting a taste of what that family's really like. And Lady Tyrrell had me cracking up trying to explain the different ways they'll all be related to each other when everybody marries, she turned those kids stomachs they looked so unnerved for the first time.
.
I need to backtrack some cause I was under the original impression she needed the family "seed" not literally the blood unless she doing something different then when she gave birth to that thing to kill Renly.
.
It's hard to believe not long ago Dany was in the desert with almost nothing on the verge of death, now she's commanding armies.

At the end of the day, a good table-setting episode is still a table-setter. I understand the format but the producers promised a fast-paced season. I enjoyed most of the scenes and storylines mentioned here but this season is an exercise in stylish foot-dragging.

I trust the Orgers who've said it will pick up.

Well, there's only 2 episodes left, something explosive has to happen. I bet folks are going to be glued to their monitors during those last 2. With a bottle of rum in hand.

See I dont feel that at all. I may be surprised by what happens, but with so many characters and so much subplot I really dont feel invested in anyone. Yes I like Tyrion and Arya, but if one or both die I wont feel punched in the gut. Thats the problem with these type of EPIC tv shows no one is on screen long enough for, at least me, to have bonded with 'em.

omfg If Tyrion should meet his fate on the show, then the show will meet its fate with me as far as watching it.

As far as Arya goes, I'm with you on that one.

I doubt anything is happening to Tyrion or Arya. From what I understand they're only doing the first half of book 3, so for some of the characters I don't know when certain things happen, maybe it's the last half of the book I don't know, other characters I have no clue what's suppose to be going on with them, then you don't know what's going to be shifted around slightly. That's the fun of it, okay at least for me.

.

But this episode dragged really slow.

At least we didn't see poor Theon get tortured again this week. I wish the guy would just say who he is and why he's doing that mess already. The torturing is killing my eyes and my ears.
