Workouts For Orgers

I think this work out would be great for Orgers!

I did this video almost everyday in highschool and man did it work! Plus, she kind of looks like she's filming soft core porn...

It's so deliciously 90s! Feel free to add your cheesy work outs you had in the past!

My mom had this record.

When I was going through my eating problems when I was 13, I used to work out to this twice a day. It had all this cheesy 70's music, which included "Afternoon Delight" and that one song "In the Bush". I remembered as they were saying the 'Push, Push In the Bush" part, the lady had us doing these squats, kind of like we were backwards cowgirling the air to the beat. Oh lord, I miss this record. Getting skinny and horny at the same time.

My sister had this. I remember it had a book and a cassette that came with it! I remember Barry Manilow's Copacabana's song on this! It's so funny now to think that you look onto a instruction manual and then pop in a tape to follow it!
