Yes!

It's been ages, but when I had a boyfriend, and could not sleep, sex def. was my sleep remedy of choice.

Afterwards, I rolled over and slept like a baby.

Interesting. I've heard from at least one researcher that sex does routinely promote sleep in males, but that it often has the effect of invigorating females. It's why men so often fall asleep afterwards, pissing off their female partners who want to cuddle and talk. lol

Not for me, it knocks me right the heck out lurking

lol

Some info I found on Google, Tips to help people sleep better: 1. Sleep at the same time every day.2. Avoid going to sleep hungry or too full.3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking.4. Listen to music, read, write, do something that relaxes you.5. Make sure you are comfortable, the room is not too cold or hot, etc.6. Avoid stressors in your life. Job, co-workers, relatives, friends, etc.

First of all, cut the tomfoolerly with the backwards recordings spank , that might help lol

Follow ups:

1. Take warm showers with soothing scents such as lavender, and nice, fresh bedclothes that feel comfy against the skin.

2. About an hour before bedtime, try drinking a soothing tea in chamomile, the sleep-inducing herb "baldrian", or a gentle herbal tea mix that is created specifically for relaxation.

3. Avoid any activities, online action, film or music that excites you before bedtime. Go for choices that will encourage you to unwind, rather than wind you up. Seek out things to read or listen to that will make you feel good rather than give you feelings of angst. Soothing music, a heartwarming show or movie or relaxing music concert can be cool choices. Or perhaps invest in a sleep music cd (sounds of nature, ocean, set to relaxing music, ect) to put on once you've settled into bed with lights low/out.

4. Remove extraneous clutter from your sleeping area; you'll find that it creates a blank canvas for, and edifies feelings of peacefulness in your immediate surroundings as you relax for bedtime.

5. Once in bed with light out, count sheep, puppies, ducks, kittens, whatever seems most adorable to you--- or create a light theatre play in your head until you drift off to the land of nod. It can be the start of some pretty entertaining dreams just as you start to enter slumber.

That's all I got smile , so hope that helps butterfly heart zzz heart butterfly

Red

I swear by Melatonin - but not in the dosage it is commonly sold in, which I believe lowest is 3mg. U only need 1.5mg for it to work, so I split pills in half. Miracle stuff for me. Under the tongue and approx. 1/2 hr. later I'm sleeping, the whole night thru.

If you don't get enough calories in a day it will make you more alert which makes it difficult to sleep so that you can go out and forage for more food!
