In my neighborhood it is, yes.
And it's a detached house with a backyard entry and no alarm (yet), so it was probably perfect for them bastards...

i've been told to not let the things i own own me, and to a degree that is true BUT I AIN'T GOT TO THAT LEVEL of spirituality in my life so, FUCK 'EM!!!

which comes from the latin quote: (sp) "illegitimi non caberidum(or carborindum)".

Yeah, it is quite weird, isn't it! The thought to take something away from someone and then treat it as my own is just absolutely unnatural to me. I wouldn't be able to pull that shit off...

Very true. Makes me sick. Some people don't have a conscience.

Being a victim of a crime like residential burglary can be a traumatic experience. To have your personal space invaded like that can do a job on one's fellings of security.
One time i was at my mothers house and i had just got out of the shower. I was getting dressed in the bedroom when i saw some footstep shadows under the door( in the living room). That surprised me because i was supposed to be the only person at home. Anyway i got dressed and creeped out the bedroom door. The front door was opened so i walked towards it and there was this guy walking away from the house with my bike. I'm trying to sneak up behind him but he turns around and sees me and takes off running. I hadn't tied my shoes so by the time i got that done he was too far to catch. The guy dropped the bike but when we checked the house we found some watches and rings missing...
The very next day we bought a gun. I hate to think if it was my mother at home instead of me.
The messed up thing is about a year later my brother was at home and he heard a crash in the back of the house. He got up to check it out and there was this dude in the kitchen. My brother was in his boxers but he went after the guy. The dude hopped the back fence and got away.
Anyway like i said. It sucks to have your home invaded like that. Maybe you should get a dog or gun or get a home security system.

When you got home were you drunk? Could have been you on a drunken bender(binge) and you forgot!?

That's not even the whole story. We had to get rid of the gun. The damn fool we bought it from had stolen it from a security guard. We didn't know the gun was stolen when we first bought it. After a while we started getting suspicious about the gun's origin and the guy finally told us it was stolen. There was this pond next to the house and we chucked the gun in there.
Ain't that ironic ? We brought stolen property after being stole from.
100% true story.

So now there's a stolen gun sitting in a pond waiting for someone to find it someday.
There must be loads of stories like that. I know someone that chucked a handful of WW2 grenades in a lake. Said he'd 'made em safe' and got rid of em.

Actual pond.^ We took into account the potential for someone finding it so we tried to find a fairly secure place to dump it. The pond next to the house had a fence around it and by the looks of it, it still does.
The incident happened about 12 years ago and i assume the gun hasn't been found yet. If it ever is it would probably be all rusted and unusable.
Thats crazy about the grenades.

Hey Dave..
I was just checking out your album link and was wondering.. How do the artists make money from Itunes? Do they send you a percentage check monthly?
Off topic but Ive always wondered this... ~~~~~ Oh that voice...incredible....there should be a musical instrument called George Michael... ~~~~~

Hey Tina!
Yes, we receive the money and iTunes cuts off a small percentage for themselves.
