The post a photo thread reminded me that I've no pics of myself taken in the last 18 months. I think in a short while I'll have to get back into photowhoring again. I've worked hard to put weight back on after losing 45 lbs last year. Feelin' good

Yeah, was 132 lbs (about 9 and a half stone) at my lightest last year on the Thai prison diet. Right now I'm 174 lbs on my way up to 190 lbs.

I've put on 37 lbs in the 10 weeks I've been back in England. That has taken a lot of hard work and eating constantly though. It's all good weight too. Best shape of my life soon. Quit smoking 2 months now too and I've no beer gut thanks to losing so much weight before.

Yeah, that and 2x50g protein shakes with creatine, taurine, glycine, instant oats added, pre and post workout, plus peanut butter on toast between breakfast and lunch and again between lunch and dinner.

I've been accused of that. Someone sent me an Orgnote telling me to stop pretending to be British. The missus has taken up Pilates. I'm pleased with the results.
