8pm here on the East coast of the US. So only 4 more fuckin' hours to go before 2012 is done. Well I say, good-fucking-riddens. This year was just okay, not bad, but not good either. 2013 has GOT to be better or I'm just going to go fucking insane.

I'm hoping 2013 will be the year I finally meet "The One" before I'm too old to recognize him! grandpa lol

Everyone has celebtared New Year's by now, but your answer is the USA, specifically Hawaii. There is a Pacific island archipelago called Kiribati that used to be mostly in the same time zone as Hawaii, but they petitioned the UN to alter the International Date Line to cover all of its islands, most of which are uninhabitable because there are no sources of readily available fresh water. So ironically, they celebrated New Year's Day at the very same time December 31st began in Hawaii.
