Yay!
Last night I baked til 4 AM. I did pink fairy cupcakes with fluffy white buttercream and sparkly pink sugar topping, green Xmas cupcakes with Santa hat decorations made of half a strawberry and a frosting pompom, chocolate cupcakes, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry muffins. Some more peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies and a huge batch of frosting.
I need to do some more sugar cookies, and some vegan brownies and vegan mint-chocolate sandwich cookies. | |

Ex-Moderator | After all my whining, I'm going to bake some after all.
This weekend I'm going to make the peanut butter cookies w/chocolate kisses in the middle and these sugar cookie sandwiches I LOVED as a kid that have almond extract flavored frosting in the middle.

yummy santa dolphin surprise
ingedients
1.25 kg of dolphin red capsicum coconut
method
take dolphin and cook until pinkness goes out of meat... cut dolphin into head and big fat body shapes... dress dolphin as santa using chopped up capsicum and coconut
serves 4
the key bit
when people have finished eating, they will likely compliment you on your cooking, and ask you what the meat was... you reply "dolphin... surprise!"

Going to work on a second batch of dipped pretzel sticks. Scrapping the chocolate and peppermint and going with the chocolate and toffee chips, then ones with peanut butter and chocolate. | |
