Does anyone here do taxes professionally?

I am trying to fill out state income tax withholding papers for a pension that my Dad was receiving, and that I was name as a beneficiary on. I am trying to claim the pension balance, and

they want me to put the Number Of Allowances based upon my Estimated Deductions. I don't what I should put here.

I am single, have no kids, currently unemployed, what would I put here? I am thinking "0" right?

Go to your state's Department of Taxation and Finance website and look for the "help" number, then call them. That way you can be sure you enter the right number. You could also probably find the instructions for that form on the same website and read through them to see if it helps you determine what number to put.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.
