It's a non-profit organisation I think that work with long term unemployed, help them to get back into the workforce, confidence, support etc. Pretty small scale.

Missed your jugs here on the ORG. wink Nice to have you back.

I liked your pages for you.

Have you been to any of the concerts yet?

I should hope so! hmph!

Thanks KS woot! lick

I went Mon & Tues, but not these fancy type tickets, and being the fammy fam I am, I can't NOT go to what is the final show in this country for god knows how long. He has only been here 92 and 03 and 12. So next time should be 2020, for the 20TWENTY album.

So, did you have fun at his shows??

I saw him at Victoria BC and Tacoma WA USA in December 2011. His Victoria show was awesome (loved the 20 minute musicology jam.) . He also came out again after the concert was over ·about 20 minutes after) with Andy (Andy picked up the guitar-And Prince gave her the no it's not going to happen look. So she put the guitar down. So close to another encore with only the hardcore fans there (90% of the audience had left already.)! Prince instead took some bows and left.

The Tacoma show was his shortest concert I have ever attended, I think it was maybe 1 and 1/2 hours long. confused

when it started my son turned to me and said what's this song mummy? and I said Love Thy Will be Done (I wasn't 100% sure, since it was like a mash up with something else first and eventually turned into it whew )

he is only 11, and the concert was 3 hours dead lol there were 'annoying ladies' who stood up the whole time in front of our seats and Prince kept finishing and saying goodnight but then coming back and he was sighing "AGAIN?????" but if you ask him, it's the most exciting thing that's ever happened in his life, the only other concert he ever saw was the John Williams retrospective as performed by Melbourne Symphony Orchestra yoda which was amazing too.

Generally speaking, I'm a Trekkie.

But I LOVE the original trilogy and I LIKE the prequels. I think the prequels actually get far too much hate. I used to read the books (Timothy Zahn novels in particular) and I still read the comic books from time to time.

However, The Empire Strikes Back is one of my all-time favorite movies. Period. nod

I recall you getting beat on a TV programme to win tickets to go to 3121 lol

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
