In the Hunger Games the sounds of the train doors opening and shutting sound like the same old cheesy sound effect that was used as futuristic intro for Prince's Gold Experience album. You know it was part of the sound before the "welcome... you have just accessed..."

I could be wrong but it sounds like the same sound element from memory.

And that's a criticism of the quality of the movie.

I was so surpised by how cheap the sound effects and visual effects and cinematography was for the hit film "The Hunger Games". For a supposed A-list movie... it sure had a lot B-movie qualities. They were cutting a lot corners on that movie! Someone must have milked the budget for their personal gain!
