A lot of people "voting" seem to believe that Ru's going to let people vote for the winner and that their votes count. This isn't true. They have not taped the reunion yet and that is why Ru said shady queens leaked the winner last year and this year they are keeping it under wraps until the last minute.

Which is good because I don't think Sharon deserves to win just because the fans say so. I was gunning for Chad and believe Chad did the best in the finale.

Challenge: Glamazon Video

This video is pretty cool to me. Super retro/camp but the girls bring a newness to it. And "Glamazon" is one of Ru's best tracks. The snoozeathon that was "Champion" can now take a nap. In the finished product (at least, the To Be Continued version they showed last week), all of the girls did a good job - Even Phi Phi. Barf.

Runway: Phi Phi looked terrible. Not sure where all the praise comes from. Ru is way off the mark with this "too ambitious" shit. Ambition isn't Phi Phi's problem - he's a fucking asshole, that's his problem. And he's a dumb ass for being such a brutal cunt to the fans because it reinforces that the fan votes don't matter one lick. She looked like a half-baked Alexis Mateo - so why all the fucking praise? Alexis never got that kind of praise. Everything was backhanded. Not for Phuck Phace. She's the new generation of drag, with her Nicki Minaj make up (horrendously unflattering) and her big ass Dolly Parton wigs and her shark tooth.

Sharon's runway was the squid look, which I'd been WAITING FOR since I saw the previews last year. Underwhelmed by her runway performance. Just wigglin the fingers??? Sharon. Please. You can do better than that. I found that this was my very least favorite look. In my opinion, she shoulda done the squid finger look earlier in the season.

Chad's runway was flawless. Since my flawless queen Willam was unceremoniously booted, Chad has become my next #1. I found her performance in the video to be great (as Santino said, "Refreshing to watch") and I loooooooved the Versace inspired look. Santino's comment about the dresses from the early 90s is a little odd considering who he is talking to (Michelle Visage and RuPaul, DUHHH, they came up in the early 90s). The mop-headed look in the video intro was a little dicey, but its better than Phi Phi's slept-on-wig-overnight look.

The LSFYL was pretty good, but Chad killed it. Sorry Sharon! Really, I wasn't that into Sharon's performance. It seemed to lack a lot of the energy of Phi Phi's window-wiping (and her botched deathdrop - HOW EMBARRASSING FOR HER LOL) or Chad's diva flourishes.

So, I love Sharon Needles. I love Chad Michaels even more. I'll be satisfied so long as Phi Phi doesn't win and their bounty of compliments was just a misdirect. I'll never be totally happy, though... Because of the one that got away....

I thought Raja looked pretty good and I was a Tyra stan during s2 so I thought she looked good as well. When Tyra got her teeth done after s2, you could really tell she either had her eyes done as well or she had her cheeks done. Something like that because its pulled up and Joker-face kinda. Check the reunion for s2 and you will see what I mean. I still think she is gorgeous as fuck and a flawless queen though I am not a fan of that big ass Rihanna wig.

Last night at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood, Calif., the 13 contestants from season 4 of RuPaul’s Drag Race gathered for the show’s annual reunion and — because host RuPaul refused to pick a winner in Monday’s season finale episode — a very special crowning of this year’s winner. Only, you know that’s not how that was going to go down.
Were they really going to reveal the winner to a live audience armed with big mouths and Twitter accounts? Think again and allow me to explain exactly what went down, since I was on the scene for the three-plus hours of taping, which happened in front of a live studio audience for the first time ever.
As you might expect, RuPaul went through the whole evening, interviewing all the gals about the hot-button issues from the season and talking about their futures and whatnot — I’ll go into that in more detail later — but there were two specific things that everyone was dying to see play out on stage: the delayed crowning of America’s Next Drag Superstar and Ru’s interview with ousted contestant and egomaniac Willam, who was infamously disqualified earlier this season.
Let’s start with the weirdness around the crowning of America’s Next Drag Superstar. After a couple laborious hours of taping, Ru — dressed to the nines in gold slingback heels, wildly curly ‘do and a fluttery red number that she said was “a little something she sewed up back stage” — lined the three finalists — Phi Phi O’Hara, Sharon Needles, and Chad Michaels — up, pageant-style, and grabbed a tiara, ready to crown one of the ladies. “America’s Next Drag Superstar is…” Ru said, dripping with drama and a dramatically long, long pause.
