Macaulay Culkin stepped out in New York yesterday looking extremely thin and scruffy in exclusive photos obtained by ET that are likely to spark concern for the actor's health. Thankfully Culkin's rep tells ET, "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health."

Culkin, 31, also posed for a photo with a fan on the street and can be seen holding a can of Red Bull.

I can't even think of Kevin McAllister having drug problems but he surely looks like he has it rough. I just hope it's for a role and it's not something that happened because he can't find work? I still have a soft spot for Mac.

Me too! Even though he played Michael Alig in it, I thought he was cute in that film. Nice little ass too (if you know the scene I'm talking about lol). I just hope it isn't meth but then again I guess I wouldn't be surprised. Ugh. I hate assuming this is what it is.

Nah he married once. His first wife when they were both 17. He and Mila were together for 8 years but I don't think they tied the knot.
