Okay, I've had this pain in my penis for about 2 weeks. Urinalysis came back negative so I don't have a urinary tract infection. My prostate looks fine too. I can't even determine exactly where the pain is coming from. It could be inside the urethra or it could be inside the penis but everything looks and feels normal from the outside. It's like an itch I can't scratch and it's driving me insane. It feels like a bruise actually but everything looks normal. It hurts 24/7 and I am getting scared. Is it possible to have invisible bruises? It's possible I got too carried away masturbating but I can't even recall when this exactly started. It just snuck up on me. Anyone have any thoughts??

If I hurt myself mastubating I wouldn't think it would last for weeks.

sounds to me like you've been tugging away and hurt your lil fella bad. Like any strain it will take ages to recover, try not to worry about it to much these things happen and the dull like ache will go in time, it can sometimes hurt when you pee.

If you're sexually active, I'd get a full std panel done, just to be sure.

Mayne I love to save my energy up. I can't imagine myself beating that dick for hours.

the fact that you can't determine where the pain is coming from is strange and scary. Maybe you have some sort of cyst or pimple or in grown hair or perhaps you bent it when sitting or sleeping. Hope its not a blood clot.
