OK...watching this video made me change my outlook on this topic.

I intend to be a muscledude when I'm 90! That means I'll be alive until at least 120, 140.

This is not about knowing, it is about thinking. Sort of like what Genesia said, her family comes close to making it to 100 so she is pretty certain she'll get well past 80 (unless in an accident). Other people have the opposite family history. Or maybe you just have a nagging feeling that your just not long for this world and you can never picture yourself older than 60 lets say. OMG she started this transformation in her 50's!!!! We do have a chance! So what if I f@#ked up the first 50 years; this woman could definitely pick up a guy in his 40's without trouble (both literally and in a club).
