Snap, crackle and pop!!! popcorn

WHOOOOAAAA JIMMY!!!!!! Just when you think he may not have a clue he delivers. nod clapping

I love that we are learning more and more about Richard per episode. That dog was looking at him like "Richard what the fuck you think you doing? Oh well since you going to do that, then I'll just take this mask since you won't be needing it". lol

Damn so Eli did go running back to Nucky like a "scared little boy" as expected. Wow, he's much weaker than I thought. So things don't go the way he planned in his betrayal and now he expects Nucky to just take him back, just like that? Even outing the Commodore's secret so easy like that? Yeah Nucky was right to beat his ass. But I knew something wasn't right when Margaret didn't cock that gun and just pointed it at Eli. rolleyes Lawd now he done up and hit the guy upside the head with..what was it? A hammer? A wrench? confuse Whatever the hell it was, it was crucial.

The maid is getting it in isn't she? clapping More power to her, get that dick girl!!! But why for some reason do I believe that the Irish guy is just using the maid as a stepping stone to something bigger? Like, perhaps, seducing Margaret? hmmm

Nucky's looking worried though. confused

But next week...looks like another great episode!!!! excited

I'm scared for Jimmy. He has a lotta balls, but no backup! Who's on his team besides his mother and Richard?? Balls not 'gon get cha but so far when the shit hits the fan. He's not the only person with a gun and balls enough to use it in that town!

And stupid ass Eli, wtf??? Did he honeslty think Nucky would just take him back? And now he's gone off and killed someone!!!! He might as well jump in that damn hole he's digging to dump the body in! His ass is through!

And Margaret's dilusional ass. Why is she shocked about Nucky having to fight some damn body, even if that person is his brother? Does she not realize she is living with a CRIMINAL?? All types of sh*t come with that territory. And she's asking Nucky "is this the life we are going to live" or something along those lines.....REALLY?

This was a Sopranos-esque episode, full of symbolism, random occurrences, and emotion, while moving the big story forward.

  • Nucky: I don't know... Seems like he's headed for some hard times, but will end up on top in the season finale.
  • I think Margaret's family is going to show up... that guy (forgot his name) and the maid are going to have something to do with it.
  • Jimmy: He seemed desperate. His mom needs to stfu and go back to burlesque. She's in over her head and giving him bad advice.
  • The scalping almost made me faint !!!
  • I felt so sorry for Harrow last night. He's so lonely... sad
  • I was so looking forward to what Chalky was going to do next. pout

I think it may be revealed next week that Jimmy will be gaining some back up. I just wished his mom would stay out of his business and acting like she's the mastermind behind it all. She annoyingly reminds me of someone in some movie... hmmm Can't put my finger on it. Maybe how Connie Corleone was trying to control Vincent (Sonny's son) in the business???

For some reason, I don't think Margaret is as delusional as she is putting on. I think that "play dumb" act is just what it is, an act.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Yeah Jimmy sure was desperate. He's lost all that money.

Sure the scalping scene made me want to barf But I loved it!! thumbs up!

I know. I just want to give Richard a hug and try to hook him up with someone.

Chile me too!! They don't show enough of Chalky.

I'm interested in what Van Alden will eventually do after the child is born too.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I have the feeling that Van Alden is going to take the baby and give it to his wife, saying that it was abandoned.

Then he's going to jail...

hmmm Or...

That might be what seals it for him- getting caught trying to kill Lucy for the baby.

Either way, he's going down... evillol

No, a couple this season haven't been as climactic or randomly brutal as last night's was. Each year B.E. seems to set the stage with a few shows, and then pick it up. Last season was that way, much of this season has been the same way. The way Richard was saved by the dogs and the "wayfarers" in the woods reminded me a lot of the use of animals in the Sopranos.

Of course, I love every episode, but this one and the last have reminded me more of the Sopranos than most.

Remember. Nucky has a federal beef. Van Alden is a federal agent. There's some horsetrading to be done, because I don't trust the AG or his US Atty.

She's nowhere near Connie's level in GIII because Connie was much older (and wiser) at that point, but it's a similar relationship, trying to groom an illegitimate nephew into taking over the business.

For some reason, I don't think Margaret is as delusional as she is putting on. I think that "play dumb" act is just what it is, an act.

Margaret was wise as soon as Nucky let her in. She's got something in her past she's hiding which will show exactly how aware she is.

Another amazing episode! nod Loved the confrontation between Nucky and Eli, Nucky told him what he thinks! lol

But I wonder how they are going to bring van Halden back into the story, the character seems to be nothing more than a side though at the moment.

Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

Oh. Well we can have a difference of opinion then, because I feel like its always that way.

Yeah but Connie's guidance failed. Remember???? It resulted in Vincent making hot-headed decisions instead of calculated, strategic moves..a la his uncle.

Are you kidding? (and I mean that with love wink ) Van Alden's character is important because he's playing the "holier than thou" federal prohibition agent with a knocked up mistress that he's keeping hostage while lying to his co-workers and his wife in fear of blowing his cover. He's more than a side character. In fact, I was kind of looking forward to seeing some more of him last night, but since they were focusing on expanding Richard's character, I didn't mind. I see Chalky's character being "portrayed" as more of a side character, though his storyline is intriguing and keeps me interested in what he is going to do next.

True enough. Zaza was a huge mistake and she signed off on those.

You're probably right about Margaret. I forgot about how she's stashing money.....she's not stupid. Also, I HOPE Jimmy does have back-up. The guys from Philly (I think that's where they are) may come into play. He's just too brave for his own good I think...

hmmm

True! And yes, he is an immensly interesting character (like all of them basically), but at least the last two episode they didn't really push the storyline about his prosecution much forward, did they?

And hug
