It is my understanding that Kubrick was killed because of this movie and that his so called "heart attack" was NOT of natural causes.

No. Because people like me saying all this Illuminati talk is a bunch of malarkey is exactly what they want. Save your concern for Graycap who was the one who brought up the conspiracy about Kubrick's death in the first place.

lol With the family, I hope!

There are very few movies that I and my family both like much less holiday films. lol Along with Eyes Wide Shut, I like to watch Morvern Callar, In Bruges, Un conte de Noël and Nadja every December--not exactly their taste. They don't mind Batman Returns though.

Festen by Lars von Trier is a good Christmas movie to watch with the whole family. lol

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

This movie i had not seen in awhile. Me & my roommate watched it and it's so fascinating because i think in any town[Especially here where i live in LA] That type of weird underground crap is known. It's one of the those thing's that is whispered about but only few see. I know this type of thing goes on, and the truth about what sexual fantasies can do for someone. And cause them to do fascinates me, the hardcore Kubrick fans used to give this movie shit. As someone who has seen every Kubrick film i think it is a masterpiece, A Dark, brooding sense of the human psyche and the deepest sexual desires.

What do others think of the film?

Underrated; I liked it a lot.

Of course weird, underground sex scenes are out there (although you might be hard-pressed to find ritualistic, anonymous ones that feature all model-like submissives lol). But does this sort of thing strike you as healthy behavior?

I always manage to fall asleep on this movie. It is beyond bored2 and yawn and zzz

I swear the only reason it got any headway was because Nick showed her tits and there were a lot of naked ass women bouncing around in high heels. Oh and Kubrick dying sort of propelled into a lane it wasn't ready for.

Its pretty fucked up that we never got to see Tom's hairy dick. giggle

I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!
RIP Dick Clark, Whitney Houston, Don Cornelius, Heavy D, and Donna Summer. rose

That's not a Trier movie. It is a Dogme movie, though. I'd say it's one of the better ones.

Yes, my fault, I associated with Lars von Trier because it came out at the same time as the Idiots, maybe that's why? Well, I'm not very good with names anyways.

If you are recommending it, I may investigate. I like your taste in films.
