Let's be fair..Spike Lee isnt the ONLY Superstar that has gone to court demanding Companies or individuals stop using hisname. That is on going battle even in Cyber-space. Most Celebs feel their name is a "brand" and no one should be able to make money off of "their name" without forking over cash...

Companies want to make money any way they can. So I'm on the side of the Celebs in this case...Either pay the Celebs or stop using ANY likeness of their name & image...
