I've decided I'm giving up smoking today. I want to save more money so I'm going to go all 'lok-jit' (psycho) about what I consume. Water, tea, juice, protein shakes and electrolyte beverages only, and no fancy shmancy or junk food for the rest of the month. Wish me luck!

I hadn't really thought about it, but I am kind of addicted to music also- esp. live music. I love to go to concerts and shows.

I have music playing most of the time when I am home. It's always in my car- unless the baseball game is on. And I take my iPod everywhere.

Lip balm. I need to have it with me all the time, day and night.

I should probably included coffee.

Sugar and caffeine just like every other person. Candy-wise, sour gummy worms used to be my go-to snack, but now that spot is being occupied by peanut butter m&ms. Cinnabons and anything else cinnamon-glazed (pretzels) are for when I'm feeling extra-sugary

Didn't start the caffeine kick until I got to college and it's mostly been just coke, and occasionally diet for when I'm pretending I want to eat healthy. Don't do tea or coffeee.

Music too. I get irritated when I've gone an entire day and not have picked up my guitar and noodled around for a bit!

I thought brown sugar was cane sugar ... but not "bleached" .

I wish I could find that brown or turbinado sugar (Cuban sugar). Its the same stuff they made in my mom's old neighborhood in PR. They mold it... into a cone shape and its hard as a brick. Its supposed to be raw sugar and not bad for you. SOOO wish I could get that stuff.

That is still semi refined, honey, maple syrup, and cane syrup are the best sugar alternatives. Corn syrup is the worst.
