I think brown sugar is just processed sugar with some molasses added, isn't it?

What I'd like to strive toward is just natural sugars like fruits and the like, with processed-sugar "treats" every once in a while. Hell, even once-a-week treats would be a step up at this point. I got some work to do on this one.

I thought brown sugar was cane sugar ... but not "bleached" .

I wish I could find that brown or turbinado sugar (Cuban sugar). Its the same stuff they made in my mom's old neighborhood in PR. They mold it... into a cone shape and its hard as a brick. Its supposed to be raw sugar and not bad for you. SOOO wish I could get that stuff.

I have to listen to it everyday. I have at least one Ipod on me at all times.

Music in the morning, music at night, music at work, music when I'm asleep,

music during play time,during shower time, while I exercise. It's a fucking sickness.

When I was hospitalized I made them play music as they wheeled me into surgery. When I woke

up the doctor told me I had cancer and my response was "bring me my Ipod and cell phone."

I'm also addicted to sleep.

No difference. I used to sit there playing GTA games, glass of beer by my side and chain smoking.

I've decided I'm giving up smoking today. I want to save more money so I'm going to go all 'lok-jit' (psycho) about what I consume. Water, tea, juice, protein shakes and electrolyte beverages only, and no fancy shmancy or junk food for the rest of the month. Wish me luck!
