Yeah, I used to think that way too, stated as much to someone who at the time did take baths, and it ended up as this weird discussion (read : argument) where I ultimately ended up inadvertently offending them.

Really at this point I just feel like, as long as you do bathe, who gives a shit whether it's a bath or a shower and what time you do it.

I can't stand hot water on my body in the morning. I wash my face and often my hair in the morning, but I shower after my power walk with Uzie since I'm all sweaty then. Even if we haven't been on a pw I take a shower in the evening, can't go dirty all day.

This here. Some folks said they shower in the morning and wash their face at night. I do it the opposite usually. Shower at night, then wash my face again in the morning.

And while I will often shower twice a day, it usually isn't morning and night. It's often right after work if I deem one necessary, or for sure right after the gym if I go that day...then I go about my evening, taking another one right before bed.

Most people who use washclothes wash them after ONE use. Eww.. I NEVER use them twice!

You don't get your ass clean without one either! Washcloths keep me doing laundry daily. Hang them to dry after use and then they go right in the washer and dryer.

I HATE baths.. I need to shower, my skin is too oily to sit in water. I will break out if I don't scrub and exfoliate and RINSE thoroughly.

I have to wash both day and night... unless its winter. In the winter I do a birdie bath at night.

Can't use those loofahs or those scrunchies.

Well I want to know who is pissing and shitting themselves all day?? I only shit in the morning n and thats before I hit the shower, and last time I pissed it was in the toilet not all over myself. Granted if Im done at the gym or lawn work yes one should shower. But unless you have some sort of gland issue on an average day you shouldn't be that funky.

Follow the sniff test. If you stink you shower. If you dont youre okay.

First, everybody isn't on a shitting schedule. You can wipe as much as you want but for me nothing beats a good hot shower to ensure I'm as clean as possible before I go to bed. And I'll be damned if some fool gon lay his nasty, musty, been walking around all day dick and ass in MY bed. Not to mention dirty feet. Every time I see people in flip flops with that black smut on their heels I KNOW some of these fools just hop in bed at night like it ain't nuthin. Nuh uhh, partna, wash your ass before you lay on these sheets.

Second, as many funky mofos as there are walking around OBVIOUSLY they can't smell themselves and don't realize they're funky. People get desensitized to their own odor. I work at home, spend MOST days indoors, sitting in bed, in an air conditioned house and I STILL get my ass up at night and wash it.

Ultimately, if you REALLY believe that it's possible to move around all day indoors or out, without getting dirty or musty and feel comfortable laying in your bed sometimes next to somebody, good for you.

I prefer to take a bath. And I prefer it in the evening. I don't have any hard and fast rules though... but that's how it goes most of the time.
