Awww sookie sookie it's Shirley Maclaine day on TCM So I'll be kicking back in bed, sposedly working, while enjoying Ms. MacLaine. Nobody plays a hooker or floozy like Shirley.
Right now I'm watching Two for the Seesaw with Robert Mitchum
Up next:
The Children's Hour Irma La Douce Around the World in 80 Days The Apartment Some Came Running (Sinatra + Martin = ) Ocean's 11 The Yellow Rolls-Royce
But wait, no Tears of Endearment, Sweet Charity, Guarding Tess, or Steel Magnolias??? Who's programming over there?
So what's your fave MacLaine film?

She came to the foreground for me in Guarding Tess, I still watch that movie on occassion, I don't know why I'm charmed by that movie but I am. I can't think of the one where she is quite young I really adore at the moment. | |

I really enjoyed the Lucille Ball marathon on Saturday in honor of her 100th birthday. Got to see some cool dramatic pics and Stage Door's always great to see again.
