What would be the problem? Brady runs his mouth when he wants. Chad doesn't have

to stop being Chad as long as he's making plays and the team is winning. When the

team isn't winning that's when these diva receivers rear their ugly head.

Brady can do whatever he wants to do - he's the franchise QB, team leader and he's got the jewelry. Chad Johnson has nothing. He'll find out real quick in New England, the inmates don't run the asylum like they do in Cincy. Belichick has that shit on lockdown.

I think all that's overrated. If the player has talent and he's helping the team win, BB isn't

going to try and change a player's personality. They have taken on problem players before

like Corey Dillon and Randy Moss and it's worked. BB will have enough on his hands trying

to whip Stainworth in to shape. He doesn't have to worry about Chad. Chad will show up.

They're not done either...word is they're shopping Asante Samuel...if they can't get a team to bite...they'll just make DRC a nickel back....

Getting rid of Asante would be a dumb move. With so many spread offenses in today's NFL, you can't have enough DBs.

True but can they afford to tie up that much money in top tier CB's especially

when they need a pass rusher.

You can use him to trade for a LB or safety..they just signed Jenkings from GB..so they have their pass rush from up the middle..

He begged not to be traded, so maybe he will restructure his contract and they'll make him like a Rover/Free safety...which I doubt

I would be open to the idea of plax coming back to the steel city but imo

secondary help and o line help is a bigger priority. I was disappointed they

didn't make a run at Johnathan Joseph who was an upgrade over Ike Taylor.

The one good thing about Ike is he is durable and doesn't miss games but is

just an adequate corner.

I'm happy about the moves my Eagels have made so far but it needs to translate on the field late in the season for it to really mean anything, so I won't get too cocky yet biggrin

You're right. I never believe in handing out Super Bowl trophies in August but what

they have done is make some impressive offseason moves and it's apparent they

made them with the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys in mind.

The Jets win the Plaxico Burress sweepstakes. Good for them i guess as

they continue the offseason chess match with the Patriots. As a steelers fan

i'm not disappointed because it gives Limas Sweed a fair opportunity and the

guy has talent. He can get open he just have to CATCH THE DAMN BALL like

he did at Texas.

Yeah, I didn't ant to be the one to bring it up but even I've been thinking that Reid's time in Philly is almost done. And that' not a bad thing. I think that is part of the motivation for being so aggressive in the talent they've been adding.

Bill Cowher was in Pittsburg for 15 years. In that time he lead them to the playoffs 10 of 15 seasons with six AFC Championship Games and two Super Bowl berths, but only one Super Bowl win.

Andy Reid, copied from Wiki...

During his tenure, Reid has compiled the best win total (107), winning percentage (.618) and playoff victory total (10) in team history. He has captured six division titles and five trips to the NFC Championship game. Since he was hired in 1999, no other franchise has earned more divisional playoff round appearances (7) and only Bill Belichick's New England Patriots have matched Philadelphia in conference championship game appearances (5). Since 1999, Reid has also sent 19 players to 44 Pro Bowl appearances, the highest total for any team in the NFL during that period. None of these players had ever appeared in a Pro Bowl before Reid was hired.

Crazy stuff happens in the NFL, an Phili fans are pretty hard core lol , but it doesn't seem like Reid has done such a bad job. He probably does need a title to stick around, or at least a trip to the Super Bowl. But if he wants to keep coaching I doubt he'll have a hard time finding a new gig.

If Plaxico has anything left, he'll do fine with the Jets. He's that big target Sanchez needs, especially in the red zone. Just throw it near him, and he'll get it. Look at what he did during the Giants run, and Eli is not the most accurate QB around.

Plaxico, Santonio, Jerricho & Dustin Kellar - nice weapons for Sanchez to throw to. If Plax still has his legs(and can be @80-85% the player he was in 2007), Jets will be tough to deal with.

Reid has had an outstanding career Philly. His time is definitely winding down there, though, as it is in organizational life. This just may be the year they win it all. We will see.

With key players like Grant and Finley returning from injuries, Green Bay should be the favorite. That team is young and loaded.

I just saw the Titan's schedule for 2011. Got the NFC South and AFC North. Titans usually own NFC teams, but they'll be lucky to post a 6-10 season this year. neutral

Haynesworth surprised me at first, but then I thought about it and I guess it makes sense. Beause Belichick will either make it work or he'll cut him. shrug Plus, they got him for almost nothing, as usual.

Reggie Bush surprised me because I thought he'd have more interest from a serious contender, which I don't think the Dolphins are. Maybe it was the money. He's got a ring now, so maybe that didn't matter to him anymore.

In the end, it was definitely about the money. But the Saints have to stay within the salary cap, hence why they have no choice but to trade Reggie.
