My cousin has a 1 and 1/2 hour drive each way. During a snow storm-the road interstate freeway was block by cars allowing the road to freeze underneath the stalled traffic (not allowing for deicer trucks to get to the road (because they where stuck in the stand still traffic) Needless to say, it took her 13 hours to get home.

Near North Side to LaSalle Street, 15 mintues tops.

From St. Joseph Mich to Chi-Town, an hour and forty-eight mintues.

This year I've live more in Mich than Chicago, I begining to hate the city of Chicago.

About 20 minutes. Firly normal driving now. When I had my factory job it started at 4:00 in the morning and not a day went by I wasn't speeding at over 100 mph trying to get to work on time.

Now I'm older than movies, Now I'm wiser than dreams, And I know who's there

Around an hour door to door using NYC public transit. I pass the time by taking naps.

It seems to me that an hour is kinda the norm or average time people are traveling to work. I think that probably more than that, either by train/bus or car would be too much for me. But these days we just have to do it.
