because of this thread i made chicken satay for dinner with steamed vegetables and fluffy jasmine rice

Honey roasted, stuck on a Payday bar and lodged twixt the chocolate of a Snickers....YES! On sundaes and 'tween toasted wheat bread.... And don't even get me started on the oven-roasted ones my grandpa would make. He would BURN then and he and I would wolf them down watching Nightrider and the Wheel.

I love all nuts: peanuts, walnuts, cashews, brazil nuts, etc. The one nut that I could NEVER try are pistachios. I don't know, I just can't eat a nut that is green. Although people tell me that they are delciious, I still have not tried one.

Have any of you ever had nuts that were covered in cinnamon? They are soooooo good. They only seem to be available for purchase around Christmastime.
