I just don't see what the big deal is Those kids are not the only kids working in Hollywood.. just turn on the disney channel and see all of those kids shows... I am not crazy about seeing someone get an automatic pass into movie stardom because a parent is an actor. Will made it because he has great energy & charisma & (decent) talent. I would like their kids to succeed because they were good, too, not for some other reason. And hopefully they do have some choice in the matter.

But they are parents, and parents do often teach kids the family business. I can't blame them for that, they want their kids to do well. And it's not automatically bad to go into the same business. I don't resent Agelina Jolie or Jamie Lee Curtis or Ben Stiller or Lenny Kravitz--they all have some kind of talent.

And bottom line, they are doing a better job as parents than Larry Fishbourne

That's not even the same thing or remotely fair. That girl is an adult and made her own choices without Larry's encouragement or involvement. As opposed to the Smith kids who may not even WANT to be in the family business. The youngest boy started acting at 7 or 8.

I think so. I said earlier I don't particularly like any child actors/singers, but yes I am even less interested in seeing Will Smith's for some reason.

But it's the same as George Bush becoming president. It's how the world works. If I don't like it I'm probably just jealous & bitter.

I think this is a key phrase in this whole debacle. The Smiths are involved, that is a good sign at the very least. The kids might end up fucked up, but somehow I imagine that Montana's parents were MIA at a crucial time in her life
