If I have a painful episode then take some meds, I'm out for a few hours.

Rarely.

Ever once in a while I'll come home and lie down.

When my anemia was really bad, I'd come home and sleep for hours- sometimes until the next morning.

Sometimes I'll sit on this couch after work and doze off, tho. yawn

yep! works like a charm too... I feel it's sort of a blend between meditation and nap because it's not like I'm lying down and I don't believe it's a very deep sleep.

When I worked mornings, I would have to be at work by 5:30am. By the time 3pm would hit I'd be ready for a nap. Sleep for two hours and then get up, work out, and work on other stuff till 11pm. And then start over.

If I didn't nap, I would have lost my job. There was NO way I could get up repeatedly that early every day with out a few naps. if I missed my naps I would wake up late.

Friday nights I'd fall asleep at 8 and wake up at 6am. I was such a hurb.

sigh my life as an aspiring music biz wig....Then I turned 30!
