I think it's more common in African Americans, but I was told that a long time ago so I might be wrong.

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome here.

It's a genetic defect in collagen production.

I have circus-freak flexibility because my joints don't hold together properly, freakishly soft, smooth skin with no stretch marks, and then there's the chronic pain, respiratory illnesses and poor wound healing but that stuff is lame. I think it also has to do with the fact that I eat thousands of calories daily but stay very small. There's nothing definitive, but many EDS patients report voracious appetites and eating tons of food despite being normal-to-underweight.

When I was young the two teeth beside the front top ones were shaped like a "T" on the bottom if I tipped my head backward and you looked from underneath

But the real one is my body does not sweat much but my hands sweat a lot. It is totally innocuous, but pretty annoying as you might imagine. People might think I am nervous but that is not really the deal.
