I'm saving those gall stones that came out. ...(yes I fished them out)

Right now they're squishy due to the method used to flush them out of the gall bladder and liver. They're green and Ooogie and I had a few tan ones too, the more toxic types.

I'll do my 3 day lymph cleanse next week Sunday thru Tuesday...

At 16 years old I was a volunteer in a nursing home. One of the patients was a quadrapalegic and at most 30 years old. He was confined to his bed since his motorcycle accident and saw no one unless a hospital staff came in. He had horrible acne which looked uncomfortable. I always wondered just how long he could stand life like that. I didn't mean to be morbid but I began to wonder just how low I wound be able to stand the quality of my life being before I would just want to move on, so to speak.

No, the 2 nephews (Golf and New) I spoke about are sons of my wife's younger brother, Uan. They have different mothers. The older one lives most of the time with his mother's family a couple of hours from here. The younger one lives here with our family, taken care of by us and his grandma 90% of the time, rather than his parents, who apparently are too busy and also just don't seem to care. Actually, my wife's brother doesn't seem to care all that much about either of his sons. It's us (well, my wife went alone yesterday lol) that go to pick up the older one too, and if we didn't I'm not sure he'd ever come and stay here (and see his father) at all.

Anyway, my wife's older brother, Noum, has been this way for about 12 years. He was riding his motorbike and got hit by a big truck/lorry. He has a 10 year old son, Kay, who lives with his mother a few hours outside of Bangkok. They come to see him about twice a year.

Noum was back home and smiling yesterday, I'm happy to say. I was standing near his bed talking to my mother in law and he kept pinching her back and trying to distract her and he seemed in good spirits, relatively speaking.
