You've got to think better of Oakland.

With a few idiots taking the opportunity to get free shoes as a way of making a political statement, and that being what the media focuses on all night long, I'm glad someone thinks of Tony Toni Tone when they think of this place. lol

In the early phase of the protests, I saw people dancing, and I so hoped that that would continue, but the positive emotions can't compete with a few fools who just want to break stuff.

HEY!! We brought the world HAMMER and Digital Underground too!! hmph!

DU were the ones that "discovered" Tupac Shakur...

and even I must admit that in their heyday Tony Toni Tone weren't too bad... hmmm

And Tower of Power and EnVogue

Brandon Lee (son of Bruce Lee), Tom Hanks (went to Skyline) and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) and who went to Oakland Tech?

CLINT EASTWOOD eek eek

Got the feeling that Oakland Tech must have looked a whole lot different when Clint Eastwood went there.

Oakland has produced lots of talent...without a doubt. And isn't Sheila E and Pete Escavedo originally from Oakland?

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?

I can't laugh in this thread, just because of the nature of discussion, but, I found that comical.
