She's going to jail for violating her probation.

These are the consequenses of her actions, but I hate to see anyone struggle with addiction.

Honestly, I don't even know WHAT this young woman is famous for, aside from getting into trouble. I mean, she had some movie out called "Mean Girls" or something, right? And while I didn't hear her speak today, I can't imagine ANYTHING causing my heart to ache for her . Although, Chris Brown shed a tear or two and got me feeling all mushy inside (...like I wanted to give that Asshole a hug), lol. So... I dunno, lol.

Can someone recommend something by Lindsay Lohan that I should watch that might endear me toward her just a bit? What has she put out that would help me to recognize the talent that has made her famous. I'm ready to look at her objectively, so please - recommend her best to date.

Georgia Rule was pretty decent, though very dark. The ads made it look like a comedy but it's definitely not. Freaky Friday was quite funny but Mean Girls is better value.

"Mean Girls" it is then. This is the movie that will change my mind about Lindsey. This is the movie where Lindsey brings her A-Game. Okay then, I will keep an open mind and see.

The uninterested look on that judge's face while Lohan was crying and trying to explain herself is just too hilarious.

Although I hate to judge a person for their addictions--aren't we all addicted to something destructive in our own lives? Lindsey's just happens to be illegal ...I do find it hard to muster up any real sense of pity considering the money and resources she has access to.

I heard she'll only end up doing a few weeks at most.

Still, Paris and Nicole didn't go in for long either and they got on the right track afterwards so who knows?

The judge has seen these melodramatic performances umpteen times by men and women. Ms. Lohan didn't comply with the terms of her probation most of the time. The judge said, she had violated her terms and lied to the court over the years. If Cali wasn't strapped for cash Ms. Lohan probably would have been sentenced to one year; ninety days in jail followed by ninety days drug rehab may do her some good.

I didn't watch then when I first replied but watching that I feel sorry for her.

Serves her right.

She's been caught twice driving drunk and cocained.

Got three years probation, which was extended another year because she didn't follow the rules.

In the last months she didn't go to the classes like she was supposed to (once a week).

If she had followed her probation rules if would have been over next months.

Now she's gotta do three month prison (ok, probably only three weeks) and three months rehab.

Would you have felt sorry for her if she'd killed an innocent bystander all the times she drove drunk and high?

Her classes were only once a week, if she wanted to get better, she would've attended. Simple.
