MIGUELGOMEZ	L.A. PEEPS! Are you all okay? I heard there was a 5.6 earthquake. Not huge but still significant. MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! We want cigar puffing men that look like they wanna beat the living daylights out of us" Val"sporking is spooning with benefits"

i'm a bit in the north of LA, but RIGHT by the san andreas. didn't even feel it confuse

One of my best friends texted me. He lives in Inglewood. I'm such a nerd. I now have an Earthquake app. on my phone. It's making me even more paranoid.

Earthquake rocks Southern California

Toronto Blue Jays-San Diego Padres game affected

An earthquake has rocked Southern California, shaking the Los Angeles area and forcing a brief pause in the Toronto Blue Jays-San Diego Padres baseball game in San Diego.

The 5.7-magnitude quake was centred eight kilometres southeast of Ocotillo near the U.S.-Mexico border. It struck Monday at about 9:30 p.m. PT, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The quake was initially reported as a 5.9 temblor.

i literally can see the fault line on part of the freeway i drive frequently, and i'm about to move to a house that's even closer to it. meh! shrug

yeah i felt the earthquake too eek i was lying on my bed and i felt my bed shaking i thought it was my cat jumping on the bed but then i saw that he wasnt on my bed and then i was thinking "oh no were having an earthquake!" and i was about the run under the nearst table and call my brother but it stopped shrug but everything is fine here nod no worries smile but i do think that we need to prepare because i feel were going to have a big one pretty soon neutral
