Dudes who are rough with their hands (and it's always dudes; women are definitely better at this particular thing). Be gentle, dammit. And trim/file your nails.

Also, I have sympathy pains for men in regards to condoms. I accept them as necessary, but I'm sorry you have to use them. They suck.
