it's meant to suppress the appetite no? you put it on your food and you end up getting full and eating less or something like that. Same concept with those right size smoothies.

I guess, but I'm lazy with making smoothies before I make a meal. I hope this crap works. I just ordered it.

There's nothing you can do about tit shrinkage. The weight in your body will drop in places on your body which you won't be able to control--fat loss is distributed and lost in an uncontrollable manor. You can , however, tone parts of your body including your breasts. If you want to 'perk' them a bit, butterfly machines and light bench pressing will help. Contrary to the constant posts you see in men praising tits they are not that important to us. Being firm with nice curves is much more important when it comes to attraction. As far as your weight-loss, no matter how you slice and dice it, it's a calories game. It's all about how much you burn compared to how much you take in. 1. drop all soda, including that silly diet shit. 2. drop all juice...as a matter of fact drink only water. 3. Do weight lifting at least 2 or 3 times a week. Women simply don't have enough testosterone to gain 'bulk' and look he-sheish; however, weight training increases metabolism faster than cardio (Resting metabolism). It will greatly increase the effectiveness of your cardio. 4. Eat AS MUCH FRUITS AND VEGGIES as possible. This will increase the bulk of what you eat making you feel constantly full, but it will shift the caloric load from fat/calorie laden processed food and meat to low calorie (And nutrient rich) food dropping your overall calorie intake (there a reason why vegans and vegetarians are seldom starving but consistently losing weight). My demon is sweets and processed food. It's tough...real tough. The shame in all of it is that I've had friends who were professional weight trainers (with nutritional training) and I know exactly how to change my body quickly.

I laid off the soda, and juice. I eat too much bread and rice... that's my problem. I hate diets since they never work that's why I thought this sensa thing would work. I will not do "cleanses" I am lazy with exercise but I love to dance and walk/run the beach. (haven't been running a damn thing lately though) I have a juicer... been juicing everything in site, I realized I am taking in too much sugar because I gained a few pounds since I juice 12 ounze glasses and I eat too much bread. Why are bread and pastries so darn good? I am within walking distance of two Dunkin' Doughnuts and 7 pizza shops. Pray for me!

Any good exercises I can do to get them fuller? If I get my tummy flat will my tittays get flat too? If my tittays get small Imma gain every pound back. Them tatas is mostly fat so they are going to shrink anyway. You're lucky they didn't shrink when you had kids. My friends who have tots have all complained about going down a size after they rugrats. But ya know boobies change week to week. They won't get all that flat if you lose weight and they will always plump up when you're on your cycle. Gosh...I saw some product on the telly not too long ago. It was a pill formula designed to increase bust size. They had 3 women in the infomercial. One had complained of a decreased bustline from having kids, the other from losing weight, and the third who just wanted bigger boobs without surgery. I can't see how that would work though but if they can create pills to make your dick grow I imagine they can create pills to make your tits grow too.

I agree with alot of this, but I would like to add doing some sort of cardio program. Whether it's on the treadmill or on the street, running can make dramatic results in your weight loss. One way to do it, is to set a goal of running a local 5k Race three months from now. With proper training anyboy can do a 5k, as long as you're not too overweight. There's plenty of 5k training programs on the net, just google it.

This is all good advice. Lean Protein sources can be very filling as well.
