Are you a morning person or a night owl? I know everyone is different when it comes to this... but I just gotta ask are you more energetic in the morning? or do you come to life at night? to answer this myself ever since I was a young teenager Ive been a night owl.. I always seem to get my second wind at about 10pm and I'm more chipper if I start my day at noon!! waking up early has never been my cup of tea.... My mom would have to drag me outta bed to get me up for school in time...
so are you a day or night person? do you have any waking up routine( things you do to wake you up at what ever time you get up.. like coffee, energy drink, reading paper ect.? ) when I get up the first thing I do is grab a red bull... Im completely worthless without it! insatiable3: how can i cure my hangover?

so are you a day or night person? Definately a night owl,I really love the quiet, and stillness that the night brings.
do you have any waking up routine( things you do to wake you up at what ever time you get up.. like coffee, energy drink, reading paper ect.? ) I don't really have a routine to waking up. I basically just sit at the table, have a fiber one breakfast bar,and stare into space while pondering what I need to do that day. I'm a morning person. I wake up all bright eyed and happy. Everyone thinks it's annoying My morning routine consists of me drinking my tea, eating breakfast and talking to my boyfriend.

Night owl, fer sure. I'm at my best if I can go to bed around 4 am and wake up at 11 am.

Morning person, definitely.
Love getting up early, go out and wander through town when it's slowly coming to life. Love the feeling of having the town to myself. Especially now it's spring. Amsterdam is so beautiful right now.

so are you a day or night person? All night! *hoots*
do you have any waking up routine( things you do to wake you up at what ever time you get up.. like coffee, energy drink, reading paper ect.? )Nothing much. I usually don't need coffee or anything like that. I usually run on fumes until I get to school and find a vending machine.

Day person in the spring/summer and night person in the Autumn/winter. I hate getting out of bed when it's dark outside. do you have any waking up routine( things you do to wake you up at what ever time you get up.. like coffee, energy drink, reading paper ect.? ) The first thing I do is put the kettle and stereo on. A cup of tea and some good music wakes me up well. I love it if my kids are still sleeping - I go and snuggle in bed with them and talk to them until they wake up.

The first time that happened with my eldest, I ran into her room to make sure she was still alive I did that the one night that he went to bed at 7pm and did not wake at 4am like he was normally doing. At 4am , I woke up and ran to his door, stuck my head in and tried to listen for him breathing. baby steps....baby steps..... He has taken to waking at 1:30 am (instead of 11pm) for feed and that seems to be right when I fall into a deep sleep. So then when he wakes between 6 - 7, I am still sleepy. But for the last year or so I usually have been waking early as I am just too nervous to sleep . The problem is that I still go to bed really late most of the time . So I never sleep enough . I am definitely a morning person.
I get up around 5 every day, check my email and the Org, make my lunch, do things around the house, and go to work. When I get there I'm saying a big happy "GOOD MORNING!" to everyone. By the end of the school day, I'm spent. My last period class does NOT see the same teacher as the morning classes. I come home, crash on the couch and veg out with the TV on for at least an hour before I can even make dinner. Since it's spring, tho, I've been better able to go workout after school. I'm in bed pretty early, between 9 and 10. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

I am jealous, I wish I could get up early and be in a good mood . But I am just tired all day long then . Ex-Moderator | Morning person here.
I was always a morning person as a child. My parents never had trouble getting me to go to bed at night. When I was ready I'd get up and go by myself. As a teenager, though, it shifted. I was a night owl from about age 16-27 or so. I would bge up late always and sleep as late as my life would allow. Often into the afternoons on weekends. By my late 20's I was back to wanting to go to bed early and get up early. I looooove it now. |
