I don't want to be debbie downer, but I know a guy who has esophagal(sp) cancer - and the dumb part is HE IS A DOCTOR?!?! and he never treated it seriously cry had reflux for years, then it started to get better, which is when it's too late, your lining has thickened and hardened and you just can't feel the pain any more.

do they have the nasal delivery migraine treatment yet? apparently the spray for angina would work for migraine too (don't quote me on that, I'm not a doctor or a chemist boxed )
