Vines? Really? You mean...like...silk foliage or something? A couple things to consider: stuff like that collects dust like crazy - not the best thing for a bedroom. (Do you really want to sleep with all kinds of dusty stuff over your head? Or spend time cleaning all that?) Plus, in feng shui terms, you do not want to put anything dead in your bedroom.
