We're a couple of hours away from the Selection Show. Get ya brackets ready!

Kansas, Syracuse, Kentucky and West Virginia are my #1 seeds.

No doubt, my bracket will suck this year. I just hope Duke don't weasel their way into the Final 4. lol

I live very close to Syracuse. It will be crazy around here for a while.

I am a big SU fan, so I hope they do well.

I have family ties to Duke, so I have always been a fan of them as well.

I live in Ithaca, so I am rooting for Cornell (even though I am an alum of Ithaca's other college).

I will be moving to Albany soon, so I will root for Siena.

As I previously posted, my family ties to Duke have made me a lifelong fan of the team. I know that so many people hate Duke, but I have noticed that they have sort of flown under the radar this year. Over the last few years, I have felt like they were becoming irrelevant, but they could do something this year. I can say this, a deep run for Duke would upset a lot of people, but the Darwintheorgangrinder extended family will be all abuzz.

Duke should NOT be a number one seed - over the Big East winner? That's bullshit.

The Big East winner is Syracuse. They had the best conference record and they are by far the best team in the conference. Conference tournaments are not a great indicator of how good a team is. UNC did not win their conference tournament last year. SU won the Big East in '04 and '05 and went on to lose in the first round both years. West Virginia had to win the Big East tourney in order to earn the 2 seed. Duke was in the top 4 going into the ACC tourney, and they won out. They held serve and earned the top seed.

Missisippi State should have been in this mutha.
Clemson and Wake Forest lose in the first round
of their respective tournaments, the latter loses
by 21 in the first round in addition to losing 7
of 8 games while Missisippi State goes to the SEC final
and take number 2 Kentucky to OT before losing by a point. What a fucking joke?
Georgia Tech is a double digit loser too. The ACC is putting teams
in based on past history and reputation.

So who's the best college player in the country - Wall or Turner? I can't decide.

See UNC was invited to the NIT with a 16-16 record.
They get to host a 21-10 William & Mary team that
defeated both Maryland and Wake Forest on the road this
season. UNC finished 10th in the conference.
See the blind loyalty to the ACC.

ACC = ratings. That's why Duke got a number 1 seed, and an easier road to the tournament. Bob Raissman said it best:
