I never got it why women choose to be with older/less attractive men just because of money or fame . IMO that makes them a whore in a way. I sure would choose the homeless man who is hot over any rich celebrity in the world . Hey, I have nothing against whores.

You have to take this into consideration to. Most people (well women) wear makeup though and I don't see too many that look like movie stars out there. In order for makeup to even really do anything you have to have the right bone-structure to pull it off... To me beauty is mostly about having good bone-structure. I agree.

But you cannot compare "everyday" make-up with professionally done make-up. Sure you can. As someone who has done makeup on models, I can say that there really is not much difference. Makeup doesn't change a face from ugly to beautiful, it just brightens already beautiful features.

Exactly, for example you could put the same make-up, hair, etc. that say Charlize Theron wears on someone like Sandra Bernhard but she's still going to look hideous and nothing at all like Charlize. She's still going to be ugly old Sandra. As you said makeup enhances/brings out what is already there...it doesn't create beautiful features or cover up ugly features...

I also have to add that plastic surgery can't improve someone's looks all that much. It helps but only to an extent because there is only so much that surgery can do for you. You have to be born with 90% of the beauty and surgery can only help with about 10% of the beauty.
I'm all for plastic surgery but surgeons unfortunately can not create miracles. They can only do so much for a person...

So to me yes, most of the good-looking people in this world are celebrities. Most people in real life are ugly to me. All the time! Because of where you live? I don't get the big deal over Paul Newman to be honest.
To me, he always looked like he's on the verge of throwing up. Great actor, though.
