Seems so, everyone but me. I use this and the one for blocked noses with Copper and Magnesium in them.

I think that is how I have avoided the cold that everyone we know has had, some more than once already this season.

I have had a sinus infection but I can still function with one of those. This cold has been wiping everyone out for several days.

Oh wow I've never seen that before. For a cold though I put lemon and honey into a cup of hot water- honey soothes and lemon fights the bacteria cause of the acidity in it..clear the house out if u can aka open up windows and doors even if it is for half and hour.

I'll look that up.sounds better than nasonex ( cortisone spray)

I do the honey and lemon thing too but hubby does not like honey. The last time he had this I put it into his tea without him knowing. lol
He is not big on lemon either and he will not use the nasal sprays.
He cringes every night when I use my Saline spray.

This stuff is good. nod

In the states I used ones called Ocean Spray in an orange bottle.

My mom uses a nasal spray for her allergies, and she says that the stuff really works.

I hope everybody is feeling better soon. hug
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Thanks Nancy. hug

I have had to use Saline spray daily since I was on an Acne med many years ago then I had Sinus surgery.
I highly recommend Saline nasal sprays over the ones filled with meds over the counter. They are hard on your sinuses.

Missmad, try using sea salt with warm water. Works well nod
I just find the ones already made up easier since I use it daily.

You're welcome. I'm seriously thinking of using a nasal spray, the next time I get a sinus infection. I keep taking Benadryl twice a day, and that seems to help (knock wood).
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Some of that stuff is good if you start to take it at the first signs. I used to use Flonase, that was helpful. I could use that and avoid the side effects from pills like Benadryl.

If you see a spray called Ocean Saline spray, try that. It keeps the sinuses moist & clean.
thumbs up!
