New Years Plans What's yours?  I really don't have any this year-just staying home and bringing it in quietly  But I would love to hear what you orgers have planned  | |

i dreamt of having a huge house party with a huge pot of gumbo, fried fish and schrimps.. music, drinks and a whole lotta trash, however. that only appears to be a dream, unless i can get my ghetto crew to the suburbs to pick up old girl ( me) ..THE B EST BE YOURSELF AS LONG AS YOUR SELF ISNT A DYCK[/r]

Until a few days ago I had planned to have a quiet night in. Then we invited some friends over who also had no plans, then some others heard about it and asked to join us... there'll now be 13 of us!
We're ordering food and I have lots of drinks in. I'm just waiting for everyone to arrive (it's nearly 7pm here). A few are staying over so my duties of being perfect hostess will continue long into the morning...

nothing. I just turned down an invite to a friend's place in Hamilton to ring in the new year but I'd really rather bring it in tucked in bed with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin on CNN God bless 'em[Edited 12/31/09 11:59am] 12/05/2011

not that I had any other plans Me too, along with my youngest daughter who is sick too. I was going to go Oakland to an Uncles house to have tacos de Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Al Vapor plus Tequila, etc....but a virus made other plans for us. "Always blessings, never losses......"
