I've stopped trying to figure the steelers out this year.
They beat the shit out of the top two teams in the AFC West
and lost to the shittiest two teams in the AFC West. disbelief

I wish Pats would stop going for it on the 4th down and just kick a god damn field goal instead. I guess its a tough call, but if they had, they would have beaten Indy and Miami.

Let's go Saints! lol

That shows lack of faith in your defense. Pats 'D' ain't what it used to be.

Gradkowski to Murphy, WTF?????

If you have William Gay(he plays like his name too)and Ike Taylor
covering you, your father could play reciever and beat those two
guys.

How long is Troy out, because this shit is ridiculous. They're playing like the Giants DBs. Steelers better address secondary(and O-Line) during the off-season. It's amazing how soft they look without Polamalu. They made Gradkowski look like Ken Stabler back there.

I've been trying to tell folks this the last few seasons. Ike Taylor
isn't that good. Even when he keeps up with the reciever,he has terrible
hands and has trouble locating the ball. I don't know what the hell they
saw in William Gay. He played a couple of games in the absence of Bryant
McFadden last year and i guess they thought he was ready to be a starter
and let McFadden walk.Great move there. Gay is the worst corner i've
ever seen in a steelers uniform.Dude gives up big plays every week and
can't tackle. The jets screwed the steelers a couple of seasons ago by
trading up a spot ahead of the steelers to take Darrelle Revis. Troy is
expected to miss at least the Cleveland game this week which is not good
because even Muhammed Masaquoi had a decent game against the Steelers last
time they played. If things keep getting worse,i wouldn't be surprised
if they tell Troy to shut it down for the rest of the season.

I do have lack of faith in the defense!! I'm not hiding that. Our defense has sucked the past 2 maybe 3 seasons.

You can't replace great players like Seymour, Vrabel & Bruschi overnight.

No question the Pats have to rebuild their defense in the off-season. That's why Belichick always stocks up on draft picks, in the hopes of finding some studs.

Steelers fall to the Chiefs and now to the Raiders. Looks like all the pieces are falling into place for Bill Cowher to get his old job back. Better win against the Browns to make it look good. Lose the rest of the games to insure the Steelers don't get into the playoffs. Keep the score close (keep losing by a field goal) and keep on giving up those kick off returns for touchdowns thumbs up!

Doubt it. If the panthers continue to stumble,Carolina's his
likely destination. His home in Raleigh is only 2 hours away
from Charlotte.
Steelers just need to upgrade at CB,OL and change a few
assistant coaches to right the ship next season.

*I stopped putting Fury on the list because he stopped picking on league, but I've noticed he's consistently picked on here. so I decided to add up his weeks

8 10 – 3
9 10 – 3
10 9 – 6
11 11 - 5
12 12 – 4

Fury, If you want to win this, even though you didn't pick this week, you will have to count your own numbers after this, I can't do it for you and not everyone else.

If it's not Carolina, don't expect Cowher to take it.
You're dreaming if you see him going back to Pittsburgh.

Well he was going to take the Jets job but that fell through. Location was an issue several years ago when he wanted to spend time with his daughters. Now that they are older location is no longer an issue. It comes down to what is the best fit for him.

I still don't see that ending up being another go round in Pittsburgh.
Send Tomlin to the Raiders . . . .

Why is that??? He left on good terms and had a great relationship with the Rooney family. The Steeler fans would welcome him back. Cowher, especialy lately, seems to light up with gleam when talking about the Steelers . Cowher sure was pissed off when Lendale White and the Titans stomp on the terrible Towels. The Question is if Cowher does comes back what is he looking for? Well it's what he had in Pittsburgh. The only ones that don't want to see (or can't see) Cowher coming back to the Steelers are Steeler haters (boy they sure would hate to see that happen). Tomlin with the Raiders hmmm yeah I could see that.
