seriously, im pulling my hair out, need help with this Christmas tree!!!! advice please!

k, so, its a pre-lit, obviously artificial, FIBER OPTIC christmas tree.

the pre-lit part is working just fine....

but the fiber optic part of it needs to be plugged in. i have spent, seriously, like 3 hours pouring over this thing trying to find where the ac adapter thing plugs into this tree bawl

the end of the adapter is the same size as the one that i use to charge my phone.... its TINY!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE THE HELL IT PLUGS INTO THE TREE AT?????

seriously, i will be forever grateful because i have tried the internet and cant find any answers, im getting so tired and even though it looks nice with the regular lights lit, i cant help but to think it would be amazing with all the lights on!! thank you in advance, this tree has nearly brought me to tears tonight sad

Woman call the store you bought it from and or, look up the corporation that created it via online!
Well look whom I found dipping their toe in the murky waters! :eyeroll: At least offer me a damn cup of coffee!

hey girl!

yes, i called the store i bought it from (unfortunately wal-mart). i have never set this tree up, they were LESS than helpful with any sort of answers for me, infact she was a bit rude to be honest. its made by Holiday Time, and try as i may, i cannot find anything about how to use the product or a manual on the internet, no diagram, no nothing - other than how beautiful it is when its lit... disbelief

I haven't caved in to using pre-lits because the only lights I trust fully are the screw-in types, where only one bulb goes out and not a whole section. We also use led's and in 5-6 years we've only had one strand go bad (this year).

Wish I could help. sad

so she has the transformer with the cable that goes into the wall, and the little cable that should plug into the tree, and I would guess somewhere near the base of it?

Just found this, but don't know how helpful it will be. It's the patent for the stand: http://www.patentstorm.us...laims.html

I'd recommend looking in the stand, since according to this the stand houses the electrical components.
