Kind of, yes

It's built into the wall behind the crown molding ~ a soft rope light that reflects up onto the redish granite paint - making a wonderful "love Mood" lighting

I DO have a nice mood light, soft and muted, so it's not blinding lol

No, but we've needed a lamp like that for a looong time, and not just for 'sexytime', but when we might want something somewhere between complete darkness and police helicopter search light shining in your face from 3 feet away.

No, just wall-mounted candles on each side of the bed. In the years since I mounted them I think I lit them just once.

Not enough sexytime going on at my place.

Nah, lamp is usually on low... sometimes the blinds are open slightly to let street light in... sometimes tv light... candles when I'm really making a production out of it Usually a low lamp though, I like to see... & sometimes be seen
